Her name is Rithika and she is a 15 year-old-girl from the Tamil Nadu state in southern India.

As Danuta Isler reports, Rithika is also one of the winners of the Bella Cup - a badminton tournament organised locally by Bella India, a subsidiary owned by Torun-based TZMO Group which has been present on the Indian market for over a decade.

As part of its operations in that country Bella India has been involved in social life of India by, among other things, organising Bella Cup.
